We offer a wide array of machining options to help clients achieve their goals. With over 30 different CNC platforms we support small batches to large production runs.

With 6 large horizontal boring mills we can machine parts up to 12 cu ft /60000Lbs. 3 of our HBMs have the unique U Axis ability- excellent forconical bores and other internal features.

Our CNC milling envelope ranges from 52” cubic and down. Several of our Mazak mills are equipped with 4th axis tables and offer the ability to efficiently program at the machine. We offer both horizontal and vertical machining options across 13 different machining centers.

We offer 9 different CNC turning options. Our largest turning is 39” in diameter at 130” long. Our other turning options are great for shafts, small parts, and complex geometries.

Our Mazak Integrex 4004 is a true one and done. The 5th axis abilities offer our clients unique shaping and features that cannot be done easily through other means.
